One of the more interesting Web 2.0 gadgets that I've found for use with Twitter is TweetDeck. TweetDeck is essentially a small browser that keeps all of your friends on Twitter and Facebook organized.
The TweetDeck browser uses columns to keep things neat and up to date. You can create groups, follow stocks or track the latest buzz on Twiter with TwitScoop. It is a simple download that installs Adobe AIR, an application which TweetDeck runs on. What are you waiting for? Check it out already!
