Since its inception in 2006, Twitter has seen exponential growth. Millions of people use it to update their Facebook pages and keep others informed about what's happening. No doubt that some of you reading this already use the service. What is interesting is the buzz it is starting to receive now in the public media.
Recently, while watching MSNBC, I noticed that notable anchors Contessa Brewer and Norah O'Donnel were both tweeting. Searching for more people to follow, I discovered that my favorite cocktail magazine Imbibe and notable web designer Jeffrey Zeldman are also on Twitter.
